In Quantic the brewery has focussed on one of our favourite hops; Simcoe.
Bucking the trend of juicy hazy pales they have created a crisp, dry and light everyday sessionable beer.
They love the piney resinous and citrus nature of Simcoe hops which pairs wonderfully with the passionfruit notes from Mosaic.
